Florida Pool Fences is owned by both Randy Veeser and John LeBlanc. Together the team consists of 25 years of industry experience. John grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and has four kids, while Randy, who spent his early days in Santa Barbara, California has two children of his own. Together they have been able to apply their knowledge of children along with their industry experience to make a formidable pool barrier safety company. There is an immense amount of pressure put on every job to do every aspect perfectly. However, with each job done, the knowledge that one more family is safe, similarly rewards both Randy and John that they are doing something amazing. It’s that motivation that gets them out of bed early and allows them to approach each day with rigor and purpose. It is their hope that Florida Pool Fences can help every family that has a pool at their home become aware of the dangers that pools present and secure them properly. Randy Veeser, who grew up in Santa Barbara California and went to school at San Diego State, came out to Florida to work as a pharmaceutical representative in Miami’s robust medical industry. It wasn’t until he became a surgical representative, helping surgeons heal trauma injuries that he realized many of these accidents could have been prevented. After seeing one too many drowning accidents happen to small children and being a proud parent of two boys of his own, Randy took a leap of faith and went into the pool barrier industry. With such a large population in South Florida and pools, often in nearly every home, he found his calling. It didn’t take long for Randy to realize that the industry sorely lacked service, speed and reliability. He also wanted to bring a touch of modernism to the company. However, first things first, Randy realized that every single job needed to be as close to perfection as possible. Children’s lives can be saved if everything is done right. Knowing that, Randy realized that he needed a partner with the same goals and dedication to service speed, reliability and perfection and at the same time possessed an incredible amount of experience. This person was John LeBlanc. John Leblanc is the Tom Brady of the pool barrier industry. With nearly twenty-five years of installation experience and running his own companies, nobody is better in the business. With a “Boston raised” personality that every mother loves and the experience, drive and know-how to install the perfect pool safety fence, pool safety net, or pool safety cover, John is the “Go To” technician of the industry. John, with 4 children of his own, has the ability to look at each job with a parents eye. Each job he completes is a work of art to him. You can see in his videos there is a sense of pride in the work he does and knowing he is making a difference in keeping families safe. Together John and Randy formed Florida Pool Fences so they can make their own footprint in this world. What better way is there to run a company and save children with every job done? In fact to both John and Randy, it’s not a job, it’s a personal crusade.
